We are COMMANDED in Scripture to evangelize the World with the gospel. Why Tribe Vibe? Our churches, communities and, families are in need of a spiritual awakening. We need to counter-act the current societal issues of sexual immorality, addictions, and the decline of faith. We are COMMANDED in Scripture to evangelize the World with the gospel.

Programming Called Out – 15 mins, Southern/Traditional Music Opening Prayer & Announcements Hearts Cry – 45/60 mins. Contemporary Praise & Worship Scripture Readings 10 mins. Cochren & Company 45/60 mins Contemporary Worship Invitation with Hearts Cry & Cochren & Company

Logistics & Operations Lyons Community Church will handle all logistical & operational aspects including all liabilities. Professional sound & lighting provided by Mark Hedley Concessions provided by Lyons Community Church Sponsor spaces may sell non-food items Door prizes announced throughout program Registrations handled @ the door then distributed to sponsors based on geographical locations.

Marketing Our goal is to reach 100,000 through all of our marketing efforts (Attendance Goal 2500.) Social media marketing to reach a 50 mile radius of Switz City. (Greene County and doughnut counties) Email marketing campaign to reach all students within the WRV school system Mass mailing to reach 35% of homes in Greene County

Marketing Cont. We would like to have at least 20 church partners. Tickets with registrations on back printed for follow up. Programming books printed and distributed. Color flyers printed and displayed.

Follow Up All sponsor churches will get a list of attendees to follow up with. All people who make a decision to serve Christ will be given a decision card. They will fill this out and turn it in.
