MEMBERSHIP The membership are open to all IICS students/staff with valid ID. Bring along your ID to the Library Circulation Counter for registration purpose. Please update your ID during enrollment day every new semester.
LIBRARY RULES : CONDUCT OF MEMBERS No slippers. Silence is to be observed in the library at all times. All hand phones must be kept in silent mode. Smoking, and the consumption of foods and drinks are not permitted in the Library.

LIBRARY FINES FOR OVERDUE BOOKS Open Shelf Books The rate is RM0.50 cents per day, excluding Sunday and public holidays. Red Spot Books The rate is RM1.00 per hour. Loss of Books The loss of the Library books must be reported immediately to the Librarian at the circulation counter. The person to whom the library book is issued is responsible for paying the cost of replacing the books.
BOOK DROP SERVICE
COLLECTION TIME FOR BOOK DROP SERVICE RULES AND REGULATION This service allows user to return borrowed items without going to the Circulation Counter or whenever the library is closed. Any borrowed items returned in the book drop box after the library is closed on the date due and before the opening of the library on the next business day, will not be considered overdue. Any overdue materials returned will be subject to the regular fine for those materials. DISCUSSION ROOM
RULES AND REGULATIONS At least three (3) IDs and three (3) students are required to open a room. 2. Duration of use is limited to 2 hours. 3. Only for academic group discussion (min. 4 and max. 6 peoples). 4. No foods, drinks and smoking are allowed in these rooms. 4. The privilege of using this facility will be withdrawn if a user is found to be violating any of the Library rules.

Must return the key on the same day before 9.00PM. (Daily) A fine of RM5.00 per day will be charged for late returned and RM15.00 for lost keys. The library staff are not responsible for any loss of items in the lockers.
