Enable Support Services listen – create – provide Specialised Mental Health Support Service Debbie Boyes – Managing Director Team Manager/Advanced Nurse Practitioner – Assertive Outreach, Crisis Resolution Home Treatment, Early Intervention in Psychosis, MENDOS, CMHT. Donna Trott – Staff Support and Training Manager Registered Mental Health Nurse – CPN in Older Persons Mental Health, extensive experience in working with people with dementia. Rating Good

Service Provision listen – create – provide 13 tenancies with support – including difficult to house tenants. Supported café – training and employment. Emergency 24 hour housing provision for Dorset County Council. Support packages – clients with a range of mental health needs – including people reluctant to engage and/or high risk. Support to other groups – learning disability, Aspergers Syndrome, Acquired Brain Injury, early onset Dementia, older people needing care to remain at home. Mobile outreach service for younger people reluctant to engage. Aspergers support service. Housing services including provision of housing.
