Health & wellbeing Staff benefits programme This offers a range of schemes which, if you choose to sign up, can save money and reduce your costs. The savings are made by reducing your gross salary in exchange for the benefits under the Staff Benefits Scheme, which will thereby reduce your tax, National Insurance contributions (NI) and pension contributions.
