Conduct a series of interviews with people who you believe are managers and leaders in the school or at home. Be prepared to bring the results abck next lesson. Discuss difference between interview and questionnaire. Qualitative VS Quantitative. Apply the results to the rest of the theory and models. At each stage of the lesson introduce a new concept and allow students to place some of the people they interviewed into the model. Discuss with those around them.
