PEDAGOGICAL INSTITUTE Measures to implement trilingual education PEDAGOGICAL INSTITUTE KOSTANAY STATE 5 teachers obtained Master’s degree abroad in 2009 20 teachers had teaching training course entitled "Methodology of teaching special (basic) courses in English“ in KSPI and KarSU named after Buketov “Professional Kazakh (Russian) language”, “Professionally-oriented foreign language” have been introduced since 2011, Leading professors of countries of near and far abroad developed elective courses in English for basic and profiling disciplines KSPI and University of West Virginia launched new project entitled “Small Grants” in 2011-2012 The university has external and internal academic mobility programs supported by the Ministry of Education and Science Teachers of KSPI had training courses in Japan, England, Germany in 2012.

Development of operating teaching curricula Developing operating teaching curricula, since 2012 KSPI has been adhering to the following principles: 33%– in Kazakh, 33% - in Russian 33% - in English On the basis of paragraph 25 of Annex 1 to the Resolution of the Government of Republic of Kazakhstan №292 from 13.05.2016 for higher education, we adhere to the following requirements: 50% of disciplines are to be taught in Kazakh or Russian medium of instruction, 20% - are in the second language (L2) (Russian or Kazakh) and 30% - in English.
