Premier Medical EMR ORDERING EMR ORDERING ULTRASOUND EMR ORDERING

Select your patient…………..Once in their chart…………

The patient will be able to schedule the exam when they check out or with your nurse. ODr and SDr numbers must match. The location number will be adjusted by the staff member scheduling the exam. Any corrections needed can and will be made by the individual scheduling the exam. Premier Medical has ultrasound availability 5 days a week at multiple locations !! Patients may be seen at any office for the requested exams. Please do not hesitate to reach out with your questions. You can triage “Imaging” or reach out to the sonographers directly via the provided contact list.
