Instructions on How to use this template To change the text style use the arrow on the Increase/Decrease Indent button located on the paragraph group of the Home tab, while your text is highlighted. See image below: Increase or decrease the list level until you have the desired style. See styles below: Style 1 – Body copy Style 2 – Subhead Style 3 – Bullets (1st indent) Style 4 – Bullets (2nd indent) Copying text from other sources To paste text, go to: Home > Edit > Paste Special > Paste Unformatted To maintain the integrity of the template and styles, all text copied from other sources (such as Word documents, web pages or other presentations) should be pasted as unformatted text. This will transfer the text without any unwanted formatting. Changing the title image To update the title slide image, go to: View > Presentation Views > Slide Master and highlight the slide Title Slide with image. Highlight the image, right-click and select Change Picture. Browse to the new image and click OK. You may need to resize the image to fit the space. Please make sure you delete this page after you have read these instructions
