Implemented throughout 2015/16: Reflections - QAA annual meeting paper Benchmarking output Contextualise to other institutional reflective activities, e.g. NSS Improvement Framework – looking at the data in a different way How do we use data? Explain why reflective and stratified approach… What data are we looking at? Different levels of data: macro (corporate), meso (subject) and micro (student/individual) How do we look at data? What instruments are we using to look at the data? The mechanisms… Where do we reflect on the data…at an institutional level, faculty/department/subject level…how does reflection transcend these levels? Where are the gaps? Have we closed the loop? How do we evidence this? Revised approach across the institution led to the activities in ‘Outcomes’ – emphasis stratified approach, the need to evidence at all levels.
