2017 Online Enrollment

To verify your benefits or to complete your 2017 Online Enrollment Go to: http://summit-inc.net/

“Benefit Client Access” Click on “Benefit Client Access”

New to Summit’s site and need to register? Already registered and want to verify benefits or make a change?

Enter your Username and Password to verify benefits or make a change.

Click on “Open Enrollment” to verify benefits or to make a change to your current elections

Need to update your address or phone number? Complete or verify the information in each section to ensure coverage is correct Click Continue

Need to add a dependent? Please note that adding a dependent to your Dependent Roster does not automatically add them to your coverage. A New Hire Enrollment Event, Qualified Life Event or Open Enrollment is required to add a dependent to your coverage. You must provide proof, such as birth certificate, marriage license etc, therefore, click here to upload your dependent documentation.

Need to update or edit a dependent? Click Continue

Add a Beneficiary for your Life and AD&D Benefits Note: You can add as many as you like and they can be anyone including those who do not qualify as dependents

Choose who you want as your Primary and/or Contingent Beneficiaries and how much of the benefits they are to receive Click Continue If you want to add any additional beneficiaries not listed on your roster, you can add them here

Click the plus sign to expand the elections to view limits and input amounts Note: Only the Limited FSA or the Traditional Medical FSA will be available, not both based on your participation in the H.S.A.

Click Here if you need assistance in figuring out the correct amounts

This will help you estimate the amounts you will spend on your health and dependent care so that you elect the correct amounts to contribute into the FSA

Click Continue Note: you are putting the Annual amount so that amount will be split up by your pay periods equally

A final acceptance pop up window will appear, click OK

You can view, download or print your final Benefit Statement from this window
