Attendance Students age 6-16 are required to be present in school. Attendance is required of all students from 8:30-2:50 PM. A written note is required for all unexcused absences. Turn into Ms. Nystrom in the front office.

Make-up Work Think Allowed Excused absences allow the work to be completed and turned in for full credit. Who is responsible for obtaining all missed work? How long does the student have to make it up? Can OSS student’s make up work? For how much credit? Anything new that you didn’t already know? Student 2 days for every day missed Yes-Full Credit

Excessive Absences Attendance shall be counted every period After 3 unexcused absences, the school will make contact home. Who do you think is the best person to make these phone calls?
