iAPPS Training Guide STEP #1 STEP #2
Birthday Club Problem: Team Leaders / Managers / Stylists were reporting that when Clients reported they did not receive their BD email, there was no way to look up that record in iAPPS. Solution: We have added the ability for iAPPS admins to look up the history of BD Club recipients.
Navigating to BD Club Details After logging into iAPPS, navigate to the Dashboard and find the tab entitled “BD Club Emails”
Available Data Once on the BD Club Emails tab, you should see a list displaying the recent BD Club emails for that location.
Accessing the Data When you click on a particular month (“Campaign”), the row will turn yellow and the “Details” prompt appears. Click “Details”.
Finding a Client A list of all the names that were sent an email appears. You can type in a Client’s name to locate his record.
Data Explanation When you find the Client, you will see the following columns: Opens – this indicates how many times the Client opened the email. If it is “0”, it most likely means the email is in his Spam/Junk folder. Clicks – this indicates how many times the Client clicked any of the web-site links in the email. Unsubscribed – “False” means the Client did not click the “unsubscribe” link in the email. Bounced – “False” means the email address is valid. “True” means the email address is incorrect.
