Bursonemphasized public relations in building his agency, BursonMarsteller which is one of the largest agencies in the world today. Baxter and her husband also founded the first public relations agency for political campaign management.
Who they are Public relations refer to the actual relationship that exists between a company and its people which involves the company performing good deeds rather than talking – Ivy Lee. Public relations consultants: individuals who represent and provide positive information for a company to build good relationships between the company and its publics. Basic role: communicate information to the masses (public) Activities: provide information to the media and analyze improvements made by the company. Duties: communication, publication, maintaining relationships, organizing public events, strategizing and conducting research. Generally expected to maintain good communication networks and possess creative and innovative skills due to the nature of their job.
