Task 6.3 – Evaluating business models currently in use by partners Presentation of the task

Objectives and resources Person month repartition What has been planned in the DOW (Task Leader: Sigma) Exploitation plans of each partners and of the project as a whole will be analysed every 6 months. Each partner will be requested to describe the specific exploitation plan envisioned at his level and at the project one All inputs will be consolidated by Sigma and thoroughly discussed during a dedicated consortium meeting A consensual document detailing the project exploitation potential will be prepared Sigma, with support of all project partners, will prepare and update every 6 months a market background document analysing the market for current services being offered RBGK will feed in/agree criteria for description/evaluation Naturalis NBGB FUB-BGBM Pensoft Sigma RBGK Plazi MFN 1.0 3.5
