This is because it is easier to build houses, roads, factories, and other structures and places like the Airport/ rail/ roadways in the plains because they are flat. A Hill is a high or raised land. It is lower than a mountain and has vegetation. People and animals live on it. The climate is pleasant so tourists visit these places to get away from the busy city life. They are also called Hill Stations. .
