WHY DOES RILM PRESCRIBE SUPPPLEMENTAL TEACHING? The learning level of students is low. One approach to address this can be to involve volunteer teachers in schools, who will provide subject support to the students and also engage in Co-curricular activities. The Volunteer Teacher can assist the students to strengthen the reading and writing skills.
