San Joaquin County recovered pre-recession level of jobs in 2015.

Annual Percent Change In San Joaquin County Jobs 2017-18 will be slowest employment growth this cycle.

Farm Income Coming Down From Record Levels

San Joaquin County has fastest population growth rate in California over the 3 year period from 2013-2016. Bay Area Out-Migration Increased Substantially In 2016, And Bay Area Population Growth Dropped In Half While Rents Stabilized. San Joaquin County In-Migration Held Steady As Bay Area Out-Migration Grew. Adding 11,000 new residents per year 2013-16, compared to 6,000 in 2010-13.

Manteca Forecast Population Growth Between 2015 & 2060 San Joaquin County will grow by nearly 600,000 These five communities and Stockton account for 84% of that growth
