Completion of Evaluation Progress The Completion of Evaluation report provides the percentage rate of the progress of evaluations by LEA, school site, evaluator and employee name. After logging in to Compass Information System, select Report from the Main tab. For principals and school supervisors, the LEA and school site will be pre-selected. District level administrators will use the drop down to select a site to view. Select the Completion of Evaluation report. LEA Administrator Supervisor After SPS scores are released, and LEAs begin uploading 2015 evaluation data, use the Completion of Evaluation report to monitor the 2015 evaluation completion progress. Use this report to monitor the 2016 completion progress. Completion percentages should be between 40%-50% by January. Provide support to principals that are below this percentage rate in January. If time permits, stop here and look at the Reports page in CIS.

Completion of Evaluation Progress Select the School Session, LEA and School. Select the Site to view. Completion of Evaluation Progress The evaluation progress report can be saved and printed in Excel, PDF and Word. Click Export Options. Choose Print to PDF or Export to Report. Choose Excel, PDF or Word format to save or print the report. It is important to update rosters periodically. Rosters can not be altered after the school year rolls over to the next year. Once the SPS scores are released, the upload function will be available in CIS. According the LDOE Weekly Newsletter posted 10/18/2016, final report cards and practice performance profiles will be released prior to Thanksgiving.
