Advising a European aviation lender on the possible disposal of one of its subsidiaries and the aircraft finance and leasing transactions within it. Advising a Chinese airline in relation to four Airbus A319 and two A320 French tax leases. Advising a German airline on various sale and lease back transactions, syndicated loans and finance lease structures. Advice on the financing of two Airbus A319 and two A321 aircraft for S.A.T. Fluggesellschaft mbH. Advice on financing of Boeing 737 aircraft for German bank Metzler. Advice on various financings of aircraft for international lessors for export credit agencies and financial institutions. Advising a financial institution on insurance issues arising from loss of vessels at sea, enforcement of security, ranking of claims and liens, ship arrests and sale and transfer of licences to fish and fixed quota allocation units.
