Medialogues 5 diaries Presentation SELECTION OF INTERVIEWED - MEDIALOGUES To start the project we prepared an interview to have a clear picture of families and to acquire as much information about the people interviewed as possible. We asked for information about the family and their children , the forms of media used in the house and at the parent’s work , computer science education of the children, free time spent with the media by the children.

The interview was performed on five families The interview was performed on five families. We interviewed five children; aged from 4 to 7. We decided to write diaries with two girls and three boys.

Two of them attended elementary school and others nursery school Two of them attended elementary school and others nursery school .Children that attend elementary school have computer science lessons at school (1 hour per week)

All families have a computer at home which is used.

Internet was found in all homes in the study, All of respondents have an internet at home, but some of them are not use it (80% ) use an internet. Children use computer more less 3 hour per week. Forms of media used by families in the study All families have at least one PC at home. They also have DVD players, digital cameras, portable DVD players, games/toys with screen incorporated(play station, nintendo WII, computer-toys to educate children, others…).
