MISSION TEAM Missionary Spirit Goal: Build a spirit of service throughout our parish.

Ministry Enhancement Committee (MEC) Update Evaluated current OSM ministries Benchmarked OSM against other “model” parishes (similar to OSM in needs and parishioner composition)

Ministry Enhancement Committee (MEC) Next Steps Complete the Evaluation of Ministries and Benchmarking process Write a report with recommendations to Fr. Paul and Staff and to the Pastoral Council

OSM Accessibility Ministry ACCESSIBILITY OUTREACH MINISTRY Is committed to providing Old St. Mary’s facilities as well as services (i.e., Mass) as an empowering experience where the message of Christ, our Lord, is accessible to everyone. We are currently exploring the special needs of our OSM community that includes (but not limited to) people with mobility disability, the Deaf and/or Hard of Hearing, and/or the blind/low vison.
