ME Little H’s Science Experiment your beliefs Your beliefs are like nutrients. Your words are powerful. Since thoughts become words, and words are displayed through actions, then actions show _________________. your beliefs

Con-structs Basically, how you view yourself (what you may say about yourself, think about yourself, etc.) is called a construct. ***A construct is an idea or perception that is created by an individual. The product that they create or construct can be influenced by others. What you say and what you believe helps build toward what type of construct you will have.***

You have the power to speak life and decide what your construct is going to look like. With words as your tools, what are you going to build?

+/- Self-Concept? It’s been damaged and hasn’t been repaired. It may be a harm to others and may collapse on itself. It’s not the most inviting thing to be around. It may try to be something that it’s not in order to have people around it who may not even want to help it.

(-) Self-Concept? How many of us would look at this bridge and actively try to repair it? Do we usually take the time necessary to help do our best of rebuilding something or someone who is broken? Or do we pass by them because we are too “busy” or “unaffected” by their situation?

Positive or Negative Self Concept? Did this beautiful road just maintain it’s beauty all by itself? Does this look like a place that’s been well taken care of? Have people invested their time, effort, and energy to maintain this road or person? Positive or Negative Self Concept?

Like the beautiful road, a person’s self-concept becomes beautiful when they truly hold root to a positive self-concept. Positive self-concepts are the result of others investing truth into you and you being knowledgeable enough to know what’s true and what’s a lie. +/- Self Concept?

Question: Out of the 2 roads that were just shown, which road would you assume has been built up with positivity? If the roads represent people, which road shows the person who speaks positive and builds up themselves and builds up others?

Answer: Of the roads that were built, the road that represents a positive self-concept would be...

What did the old and wise teddy bear tell the young baby ducks What did the old and wise teddy bear tell the young baby ducks ? Here’s a clue, he’s a poet and you didn’t even know it.

A: Words are words, but to understand the significance of their sincerity is a rarity. Please listen. You may have heard it said before, “think before you speak” And I say unto you the same because…Those very same words you speak are key. With your words, you can either build-up and encourage (yourself or others) or destroy and watch sink. Just think. Destroy and watch sink Build -up
