Determine your WHY The more specific your WHY, the faster you will obtain it. Your WHY has to be strong enough that nothing will make you give up. Create an emotional connection with your WHY. Inspiration Vs. Desperation. Know the WHY of the person you are enrolling. Without a WHY, the HOW doesn’t matter.

Goal Setting S.M.A.R.T: Specific, Measure, Attainable, Realistic, Timely Define their financial goals for the next 30, 60 and 90 days. Know the compensation plan and Power Start to help them achieve their financial goals. Get their commitment to make the sacrifice necessary to accomplish these goals. Your responsibility is to help them achieve their goals.

Keep It Super Simple Find people to talk to (Recruiting) Talk to the people you find (Presenting) Teach others to do the same (Duplication)
