Accessing TRIM Access TRIM from any NMCI Seat: Click on : Start  Select All Programs  Select HP TRIM folder (Ensure you select HP TRIM instead of HP TRIM Desktop)  Select HP TRIM Continue to next page… Ensure HP TRIM Vice HP TRIM Desktop 2

Accessing TRIM – Default Dataset Highlight each Dataset Name and click on REMOVE button, this gives you a clean slate to start from Next click Add to select preferred dataset 3

Accessing TRIM – Default Dataset Highlight Bureau of Naval Personnel (your dataset) Ensure this box is checked Click the Default button to make it your default dataset. When you open TRIM, it should automatically connect to your dataset. Continue on next page… 7
