Studying at University What are the pros and cons of single-sex universities or high schools? Are women-only schools anachronistic?

Women-only Train Carriages What are the advantages and disadvantages of women-only train carriages? Can we have men-only train carriages? Is the idea sexist? What other areas of society should be segregated?

Lack of Sleep Gives You the Munchies What do you look like if you don’t sleep well or have insufficient sleep? What are highly palatable, rewarding snacks for you? Do you have bedtime snacks?

Lack of Sleep Gives You the Munchies True or False The University of Chicago found two reasons why we get hungry. Researchers said a lack of sleep creates hunger two days later. Sleeplessness produces a chemical in the brain that makes us hungrier. We eat up to twice as much fatty food if we don’t sleep well. The study looked at the sleeping habits of 28 men and women. In one experiment, the volunteers slept an average of 4.2 hours. The volunteers could not say no to tasty snacks after insufficient sleep. Volunteers spent 90 minutes eating a meal that contained 90 calories.

Internet Use Weekly What would life be without the Internet? How would you describe your Internet use after work? Do you ever get fed up with the Internet? What more will we be able to do online in the future?

Internet Use Weekly The 27 hours a week is twice than a decade ago. Researchers interviewed thousands of 20-29-year-old. Most online content is now being accessed on mobile devices. Around two-thirds of British adults often use a mobile device. An industry expert spoke of a myriad of possibilities. The expert said young people are just watching content online. More than 25% of young people watch TV and movies online. The expert said TVs would never be unimportant.
