The 6 C’s What worked well with this class might go fiasco with the other. There is no consistency in the effectiveness of the teaching methods because we are teaching human beings with different needs, cultural backgrounds, ethnic belongings, psychological make-ups , and  learning styles. Teaching is the only job in which the employee deals with all types of people a given society can include.Yet, we dearly love our job and we have equipped ourselves with such an adaptability skill that enables us to seamlessly and easily  blend in any educational context. Communication: Shares thoughts, questions, ideas, and solutions in positive, constructive, productive ways. Collaboration: Is able to work with others to reach a goal---uses talent, expertise, and smarts to work constructively as part of a team or group. Critical Thinking: Looks at a problem in a new and/or different ways, linking learning across subjects & disciplines, and seeks to understand issues from multiple perspectives in order to solve problems. Creativity: Tries or thinks about new approaches to get things done and seeks to be innovative and inventive in both day-day work and professional development.

If we teach today's students as we taught yesterday's, we rob them of tomorrow. John Dewey
