Web Interface Users will only see the tasks appropriate to them when they log in, focusing attention on the actions they need to take John Smith Progress can be viewed for specific Areas, Systems, Work Types, Permit numbers or ALL can be selected

Hand held or Desktop device Having read a barcode, the Job is shown. A list of Tasks that the user can sign off is displayed with check boxes. The user can check the required boxes and then sign them off using his/her password Login to the application Scan a Barcode or enter it manually. Select Task List to view current Jobs

If the user goes to the task list they are able to view the status of the Jobs in the selected Area/System. The status includes the next task and its Punch List status. The user can select PunchList to see the punch list for this job See the current punch items for this Job. View, Update or sign off current items or create a new punch item View Punch item data

Browser Interface User must login before they are allowed to access any part of the system

User is presented with their task list detailing the work currently awaiting their attention

Selected users are able to create new Jobs

An overview of each Job is available, which shows the Job’s details and the state of each of the associated tasks

The task in the User’s tasks list can be signed-off by the user

User can also view tasks that have already been completed User can also view tasks that have already been completed. These tasks may be unsigned here.

The list of punch items may be viewed for each Job

New punch items can be created and existing ones may be updated or signed off

The Task Report page allows the work in progress to be viewed in a number of ways

Work may be viewed for specific Areas, Systems, Work Types and Permit numbers. Alternatively all areas and/or all Work Types etc may be selected

The Admin page allows selected users to assign users to specified Areas & Systems
