February POWERFUL Instruction… Think of a goal you have for yourself. Put your hand up when you have your goal in your mind.

February POWERFUL Instruction… Keep your hand up if you have pictures or written words of that goal posted in your house or at work (always around you).

February POWERFUL Instruction… If your hand is up, you are 18 times more likely than the other people who don’t have their hands up, to reach your goal! Please spend some time with your students having them set goals (academic, personal, etc.) However, it’s important that they look at pictures of their goals, revisit their goals, and realize they can accomplish their goals if they work at it.

Growth Mindset… Growth and learning require effort. Ignore constructive criticism. Avoid challenges, get defensive or give up easily. Find lessons & inspiration in other people’s success. I failed. I’ll try harder next time.
