Rocklin Football What Do We Believe in?

Rocklin Football Truth versus Deception Communication versus Ignorance We Believe in Building Trust Relationships We will provide an atmosphere where players know they are cared for and treated right. Open and honest communication Focus on Solutions Loyalty to each other

Rocklin Football

Rocklin Football Team verses Group Giving verses Receiving 2. We believe in the power of a group of people working together for a common goal. It is demonstrated in the idea that each person is a part of something bigger than themselves. There are limits to what can be accomplished by a collection of individuals; however there are no limits to what can be achieved when a true TEAM unites.

Rocklin Football

Rocklin Football “Teamwork is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results.” We will be intentional about exposing “me” selfish attitudes and creating a unified “we” atmosphere. We will be working hard for the team (giving to our teammates) Decisions will be made on what is best for the team

Rocklin Football 3. We believe in developing an Intense COMPETITOR. We will challenge players mentally and physically to work extremely hard and compete to their full capacity “We are intensely focused on fundamentally executing our assignment with fanatical effort and physicality from my first step through the whistle.”

Rocklin Football “Who you are speaks so loudly, I can’t hear what you are saying.” Emerson 4. We believe in doing things right. We will develop young men of character that reflect the values respect, personal responsibility, self-discipline and sportsmanship. Looking people in the eye Respecting yourself, family, team, school, community Protect the team
