Contents MISSION STATEMENT The mission of Young Skål is to enroll young professionals or tourism, travel & hospitality students worldwide and foster the Skål International values of Friendship, Peace and Solidarity Introduction Requirement Forum Objective & Way Forward

Introduction WHAT IS YOUNG SKÅL? WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR MEMBERSHIP? An integral part of Skål International on par with Active Membership Specifically created for young professionals and students alike, related to the travel and tourism industry. WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR MEMBERSHIP? Open to all young professionals and students training for or working in the Tourism / Hospitality Industry At least 20 years of age and not older than 29 years, who have been in their Organization / College / Higher Education Institution for a minimum of two years. WHY SHOULD SKÅL CLUBS INCLUDES YOUNG SKÅL MEMBERS? The idea behind Young Skål is to ensure that Clubs attract new and young professionals in the industry who, when qualified, will automatically graduate to Active membership, thus ensuring a positive & continuous evolvement of Skål International.
