STUDENT POSTAL SERVICE There are two types of postal: NORMAL POSTAL REGISTERED LETTER /DOCUMENTS AND PARCEL

NORMAL POSTAL All normal postal are placed in the Pigeon Hole mailbox. Sort according to Alphabetical order. Located at 2nd Floor STAD building.

REGISTERED LETTER /DOCUMENTS/PARCEL STEPS: Student check their names at MMU Portal: https://online.mmu.edu.my/index.php >> Buletin Claim your postal at STAD Office.

REGISTERED LETTER /DOCUMENTS/PARCEL WHAT DO I HAVE TO BRING? You are required to present your Original IC / PASSPORT; AND Student ID Card REMINDER: Please use full university address. Information must include: Full Name (same as in you IC/Passport) Student ID HP number Full address

CAN SOMEONE COLLECT IT FOR ME? Yes. You may assign any other person to collect on behalf of you by providing a written letter or email. For collection, the authorised person must present the following: Written letter or email by the student (with full name and IC/Passport number details) – must stated the collector’s name inside the letter/email. The collector must sign the letter/email upon receiving the registered letter/parcel – as an “acceptance”. The letter/email will be kept by STAD office as a proof that the collection has been done.

COLLECTION TIME MONDAY – FRIDAY: 8.30AM – 5.30PM *SATURDAY, SUNDAY AND PUBLIC HOLIDAY: CLOSED
