Understanding color schemes 1. Text/Background – Dark 1 and Light 1 are your text colors. Dark1 can be black. Light1 can be white 2. Text/Background – Dark 2 and Light 2 are your background colors. Show up as first two columns of color menu. Accent 1-6. These 6 color provide colors for lines, shapes, charts, tables, shadows, picture borders and other objects.

Hyperlinks in color scheme Hyperlinks. For hyperlink colors, choose one of your darker accent colors. For followed hyperlink, choose a lighter version of that accent color. Light colors indicate it’s been “depleted.

Determining a Color Scheme - Color Matters See document 12 colors are as follows: Primary – red, blue, yellow Secondary – purple, green, orange Tertiary – red-violet, blue-violet, blue-green, yellow-green, yellow-orange, red-orange HISTORY OF THE COLOR WHEEL The original color wheel chart was created by Sir Isaac Newton, in 1666. His focus on the nature of light and color, and experimentation slitting sunlight with a prism lead to his color circle. Newton’s first color circle was actually more of a pie chart, in which the bands of color he observed were dispersed in wedges, arranged around a circle. The prism produced red, blue, yellow, green and cyan. This allowed him to show the natural sequence of color by joining the two ends and creating the color wheel. These 12 colors are as follows: Primary – red, blue, yellow Secondary – purple, green, orange Tertiary – red-violet, blue-violet, blue-green, yellow-green, yellow-orange, red-orange BASIC COLOR THEORY There are three basic categories of color theory – the color wheel, color harmony and context. Color theory generates a logical structure for color, but can encompass a host of definitions, concepts and design applications. http://graf1x.com/color-wheel-history-and-explanation/ Colour Harmony is art of combining a set of colours which look good together

Vector vs Raster Image http://www.graphictunnel.com/2015/03/convert-raster-graphics-to-vector-graphics.html

A vector graphic is made up of mathematical equations that work with paths, points, shapes, and formulae. Scale or magnify the image, and you actually increase the magnitude of its numbers – causing a quick re- computation, resulting in an image that nearly- flawlessly grows larger in size. The image stays crisp, clear, and clean. Clipart is a vector-based format.    A bitmap or raster image is a humongous aggregation of very tiny coloured dots (pixels) that form a pretty picture when put together in close proximity. Scale or magnify the image, and the pixels ‘space out’, get discernably large, leaving you with gnarly and jagged edges for curves. JPEGs are a raster-based format (as are many other image formats we see everyday).

Covert Raster to Vector? Yes! Raster image can be converted into Vector images. This task can be performed through automated software like Photoshop, Corel draw, Illustrator CS5, and many more Actually, raster image is made of thousands/millions of pixel which is filled with appropriate color. When a user is try to enlarge this kind of image then computer fails to manage color mapping corresponding pixel block. Then, user receives blurry image as an output.    In vector mode, any image or logo is based on mathematical equation. It deals with infinite color objects easily. That’s why its quality is not hampered after performing enlarges operation. Recently, Adobe Photoshop is enabled with useful vector elements that can be applied on raster image. After applying these vector methods, it is possible to get full-fledged vector graphics. http://www.graphictunnel.com/2015/03/convert-raster-graphics-to-vector-graphics.html
