To promote voluntary convergence with EU HE developments deriving from the Lisbon agenda and the Bologna process. (for Albania, Montenegro and Central Asia: minimum € 300.000,-) Project duration: up to 36 months (new!) Overall objective: To enhance the quality of European HE by fostering cooperation with third countries in order to improve the development of human resources and to promote dialogue and understanding between peoples and cultures.
