ALPFA CORPORATE PARTNERS CONTRACTS Verbiage to be included for chapters with fundraisers: Please note that if you choose to use this sponsorship to participate in an event that is designated as a convention fundraiser, there may be a portion of this sponsorship allocated to August 2018. Convention fundraisers are held throughout the year to send student leaders who could not otherwise afford it to the ALPFA Annual Convention. By signing this contract you understand that the net proceeds resulting from these events will be used for this purpose. This will not affect our ability to deliver on this contract. ALPFA W-9 Forms and Scholarships W-9 forms required for vendors being paid $600 and above that are not incorporated or an LLC (photographer, marketing services, etc). *Form must be provided before payment can be processed.
