What is Happening in Girl Scouts - We have begun working on the “Communi-tree patch.” We have answered questions/had a discussion about types of trees in our area. Planted pecan and oak trees, designed a tree house and labeled parts of trees. Upon completion, badges will arrive in late May. -Girls of Note Badge Although we did not get to travel to a nursing home (transportation issues), we will perform for our peers this month to complete this badge. -We will have an awards ceremony to celebrate our patches/badges earned and our year as girl scouts.
