Great Futures 2025 In alignment with BGCA new strategic vision for the decade ahead, this partnership will build upon each organization’s current capacity and capabilities aligning with three objectives in concert with the plan. Build strong Executive and Board Leadership prepared to lead organizations that drive impact. Grown resource development and infrastructure capacity of local clubs and the Boys & Girls Club Movement. Strengthen traditional organizations through consolidations, mergers, management agreements and shared service.

Partnership Goals Common management services for the organizations allowing more efficient and cost effective management reducing overhead and enabling more resources to be directed at the club site level. Enhance the quality of youth development services through improved programming and tracking of outcomes and impact in the priority outcome areas: 1) Academic Success, 2) Healthy Lifestyles, and 3) Good Character & Citizenship. Increase the number of youth six through eighteen years old served .
