Microsoft Access Introduction to DataBases (DB) A computer database is a program that lets you store, organize and manipulate data. A database is an organized collection of data (people, events, things or ideas) related to a specific topic or purpose.

Microsoft Access A mores sophisticated type of database is a Relational database, because multiple collections of data in the database are related to one another. Access is a relational Database Management System (DBMS) which is software that controls how related collections of data are stored, organized, retrieved and secured.

Microsoft Access Data Information is a simple concept, in some occasions that mean nothing or many things Information is data that is organized in a useful manner, with meaning.
