Waste Water Filtration System Millenium used to monitor floats, turn on pumps, and control alarms in septic systems. 1) Pretreatment Tank 2) Aeration Chamber 3) Clarifier Chamber 4) Chlorinator 5) Holding Tank 6) Aerator Pump 7) Millenium Control Center 8) Discharge Pump
Waste Water Program
Landscape Irrigation & Water Fountain Controller The Millenium monitors float switches, turns on pumps, provides time-of-day control for fountain operation, monitors wind speed on outside fountains, and controls fountain lighting
Irrigation and Fountain Program
Packaging Equipment The Millenium controls feeder mechanisms, monitors temperature, controls sealing devices, and maintains count of products being sealed and total sealed packages
Millennium 2 monitors bag sensing and indexing, the blower to inflate bags, the sealing bar, counts and displays the number of operations. Bag indexing is adjustable to the size of the bag. A bag rolled out on the plan. A blower is then turned on to inflate the bag so pieces can be dropped into it. Once the bag is full, a sealing bar tilts down seals the the top of it. If an object interferes while the bar is tilting down switches will sense it a forbid the complete tilting.
Conveyors The Millenium controls motors, counts product, detects belt jams (alarm condition), controls sorters, provides time-of-day start/stop schedule, controls lubricating system
Conveyor Program
Dock Leveler The Millenium monitors the up/down control buttons, detects the upper/lower limits, controls the dock-lip, provides automatic time-out, provides status/error messages
Dock Leveler Program
Access Control & Security The Millenium monitors card reader or key pad, controls locking mechanisms, controls motor for door/gate/barrier, monitors limit switches, monitors access time, controls status lights
Security Gate Program
HVAC & Refrigeration The Millenium monitors indoor/outdoor temperatures, measures humidity, controls compressors, blowers, dampers, and fans, controls lighting relative to ambient and/or time-of-day
HVAC&R Program
Lighting The Millenium controls indoor lighting based on time-of-day, and/or outdoor lighting based on ambient light levels
Interior lighting will be controlled via a time switch function block programmed to normal business hours. Gas Pump Lighting will be controlled via the interior lighting time switch and a photo-sensor. The time switch will give a signal during normal business hours. The photo-sensor will give a signal indicating darkness. An AND function block will take both the signals and turn on the appropriate output. Sign Lighting will be controlled via the photo-sensor. During all dark hours the sign will be lit. A switch will be provided to operate sign lights only during dark business hours. A motion sensor in the stock room will be monitored to only turn on lights when an employee has entered the room.
Trash Compactors The Millenium monitors the start button, powers the motors, monitors limit switches, provides timing function, and controls lighting indicators and alarms
When the start button is pushed , an alarm (O3) will sound for 3 seconds. The motor (O1) will then start. If the auxiliary contacts are not activated within a short set time, it will trigger the light O2 signaling something wrong. The timers are set back to initial value and are ready for the next cycle. An emergency stops button is wired to Input 4 and would stop the process if pressed.
