Tournament conditions 2015 LG Cup Tournament Participation Information Participation Fee USD 2,000 per team (maximum no. of participants: 22; players & officials included). Additional Fees The participation fee does not cover expenses for participants other than players and club staff. Additional personnel such as families or friends will be charged extra costs for accommodation and meals. Gala dinner will also require additional cost per person. Tournament conditions A team must consist of at least 14 players (age requirements 14 or older) Teams are required to observe tournament regulations as well as participate in all official tournament events including the opening and closing ceremonies. Arrival & Departure Teams are expected to arrive in Korea on or before 27th August, 2015 (morning). You may choose to come before 27th August, 2015, and/or stay behind after the tournament at your own expense and responsibility. Insurance Insurance coverage should be arranged by each team. Host will cover only for the traveler’s insurance and third-party insurance for each game played Branding Participants will be required to wear the main sponsor’s patch on parts of their equipment. 2/3

2015 LG Cup Tournament Privileges Transportation A bus will be designated for each team. - To and from the resort and ballpark on game days. - May be used free of charge for extra activities. - Pick up and drop off to and from the Incheon International Airport 5 nights of accommodation (Aug. 27 – 31). Room type: i) 1 twin bed, ii) 2 twin beds, and iii) 1 twin bed and 1 traditional Korean flooring (ondol). Accommodation Meals Breakfast & lunch on game days (dinner not included). Gala dinner on 31st Aug. 2015. Watching Pro baseball game Opportunity to watch LG Twins game and throw the first ball. - On 27 Aug. 2015. - Korean pro baseball game. Awards Team and individual awards. Additional Activities Opportunity to experience Republic of Korea’s culture and shopping.
