ASEP PV Mainstreaming Program SHS for ERC-Regulated SHS Electricity Service of ECs ERC-Regulated SHS Electricity Service means ECs will offer to Households (in off-grid areas) a defined Level of Electricity Service through SHS Packages EC has obligation to provide quality service Regular (scheduled) visits for inspection of SHS (even without complaint from member- consumers) - four (4) times a year Prompt repair/replace of failed system/components – on demand EC has privilege to impose and collect ERC-approved Tariff for the level of service [Service may be discontinued for delinquent customers] Applicant customers shall go through the same application process and shall have the same privileges and obligations as grid-connected member- consumers
