What is an Annual Report? An annual report is a company's yearly report to shareholders, documenting its activities and finances in the previous financial year. Real world enterprise annual report vs. virtual enterprise annual report.

Components of the Annual Report Introductory Components Letter to Stockholders Key Stockholders, Board of Directors, and Management About the Company Revenue and Profitability Highlights Financial Statements and Footnotes Management Discussion and Analysis Presentation and Appearance

Introductory Components Cover Page Table of Contents Will provide examples from different firms that fulfilled the criteria. Cover Page that has the necessary information, great pixels, and pertains to the business. Table of Contents that has the sections and the appropriate pages.
