Brief History of the College For the noble cause of Teacher education, The ‘Saraswati Hi-Tech Educational Society’, Jagadhri, has established ‘Vishva Bharti College of Education’ in the year 2006. The State Govt. of Haryana approved the proposal for the opening of this college of Education by granting No Objection Certificate on 2-01-2006. National Council For Teacher Education (NCTE) Govt. of India granted recognition to this college for B.Ed and D.Ed courses in the year 2006 and 2007 respectively. And Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, finding the suitability and availability of Staff and infrastructure quite in consonance with the norms & the standard of the NCTE & the University, granted the affiliation to this College of Education.

VISION Striving for global recognition as an exemplary Teacher Education Institution of quality and excellence providing educators competency in the pupil teachers blended with value and ethics in correlation with the contemporary issues of National and International importance.
