Linden Golf and Country Club Annual Dinner Update November 2016

Budget Report Highlights Total Revenue increased 9% in 2015 and should be up another 2% in 2016. Net income in 2015 was a record high of $75k, but will be closer to $20k in 2016. Increases in wages and benefits plus an increase lease expense more than offset the increase in income. Cash reserves still over $170k, but could be reduced by the irrigation project to around $100k. With the new debt service and dues increase, a breakeven cash flow is achieved at around 257 members.

Highlights for 2016 Signed a new 30 year lease with the Nix Family Implemented salary increases to all full time, permanent employees Provided health care benefits for all full time, permanent employees Installed 1st course-owned Track Man 4 Performance Studio in the state Reached full membership of 300 members with a waiting list during the peak season Upgraded the sound system in the upper hall of the clubhouse Purchased a new ice machine and a beverage cart for tournaments Continued to expand the sanding program to improve winter play on fairways and approaches Installed new doors into the bag storage room and energy efficient lighting throughout Highlights for 2016

Irrigation Project Update Bank financing has been approved and is nearly ready for signature Vendor financing should be approved shortly Unexpected amounts of rain have delayed construction of the wet well and deepening of the pond Contract for the pump station and installation of piping and sprinklers has been negotiated
