Outlines: Transformational Leadership Definition Implications of Transformational Cultural Leadership Symbolic Leadership

Transformational Leadership: Transformational leadership enhances the motivation, morale, and performance of followers through a variety of mechanism. Challenging followers. Align followers with tasks that enhances their performance.

Implications: 1- Develop a challenging and attractive vision, together with the employees. 2- Develop the vision, specify and translate it to actions. 3- Express confidence, to motivate employees.

Cultural Leadership: In this type of leadership, the leader has to understand how individuals of different cultures interact with each other. Be positive, understand & never get tension. Develop different ideas for the organization benefits.

Symbolic leadership: Symbolic leadership theory suggests that a leader must be conscious of all of their action and the way their followers will perceive those actions. It is based on the idea that communication is not one of the tools of leadership but that communication is the way leadership itself is exercised.
