Coaching + STOP Model = Results

COACHING By definition, coaching means: to encourage and train someone to accomplish a goal or task.

MANAGING By definition, managing means: the organization and coordination of activities of a business in order to achieve defined objectives.

LEADING By definition, leading means: to use influence to motivate employees to achieve organizational goals.

By definition, unstoppable means: not able to be stopped.
