Customer Segment - we would want not only families or business people to buy our product, I want everybody who thinks the shoes is better than other brands. - Customers can have 50% discount if they come and buy 5 items at least, they can have a gift card and could last them for 6 months.         - The brand of our company is Nik-vers and its design is for shoes to wear to go out without changing to other shoes to play sports or do activites. We have shoes that can be wear for going out and to play sports without worrying it might break. - the goal in our business is to put a price that our customer could afford without worrying it might be too much. We don’t want to put the prices up because we are just selling shoes but they are good and better than small markets. We put the price around $100-$300 and it’s for everybody, children and adults.

Our Design

Value proposition(selling price) - The main price for our shoes is $300 but we have decision and changed our price to three different selling price. $150-$180 will be our selling price and buy two shoes will be $200 and buy three shoes will be $300 and buy more than four shoes can get one free and a free gift card with it too.

Channel(how to do our business) 1. The company will be opening at Wan chai( Hennessy road) 2.Do a self-inventory. Not everyone has what it takes to start a company. ... 3.Develop an idea. ... 4.Test the plausibility. ... 5.Write a business plan. ... 6.Identify your market. ... 7.Determine the costs. ... 8.Establish a budget. ... 9.Find the right investors.

Conlusion A business plan is a thorugh examination of whether your business idea is viable. Preparing your business plan in the early stages can help you save a great deal of time,money and heartache by showing you where the weeknessess in your idea lie and giving you a chance to correct them before you make any serious mistakes and whether your money or someone else’s.
