DUH Diversity Cookbook Duke University Hospital welcomes recipes from staff and volunteers to include in our Diversity Cookbook. This cookbook recognizes the rich heritage of our staff and volunteers in the form of delicious and diverse recipes. Share your recipe, its place of origin, and why the dish represents a special memory for you. Recipes are accepted year-round and will be published online and in print. Submit a recipe or refer someone to submit a recipe and receive a recognition item for promoting the cookbook. (One item per person).
