SWOT of the Chapter Strength Chapter Office is located centrally and easily reachable from any point at Aurangabad City in Maharashtra. Covering entire Marathwada region consists of 08 districts. Jalgaon (Khandesh Region) and Bhuldhana (Vidharbha Region) which is having broad prospective. Conducting Career Awareness Programme & participation in Career Education Fair of media groups. Organizing Professional Development programs for Members & Students.

SWOT of the Chapter Strength Support from Members & Colleges of Aurangabad in administrative requirement as when needed. ICSI Counsellors are appointed at Aurangabad, Jalna and Jalgaon (MH) for support to students benefits. Though “D” Grade Chapter it is having strength of 94 Members and 1721 Students as on 24.04.2017. CS Course is affordable & Cost effective compared to other professional programs makes large group of student to choose. We have ICSI Jalgaon Study Centre to meet the demands for providing support for solving of students queries of Khandesh Region.

SWOT of the Chapter Strength Continual progress is on as we are about to upgrade from “D” grade chapter to become a “C” grade chapter with increasing number of student and members.

SWOT of the Chapter Weakness Chapter Office is functioning from a rented premises with mere area of 19.92 Sq. Mtrs.. which includes all in one room. Lack of sufficient staff for the vibrant chapter activities. Depending on others infrastructure for programs & activities. Lack of Financial Strength.

SWOT of the Chapter Opportunities Broader perspective Setting up of more ICSI Study Centre (s) in the regions which are having potential for growth. Appointment of ICSI Counsellors for more regions to reach the unexplored areas of the region to tap the raw resources. Marketing of our CS Course & make awareness amongst the students where the same has not been done have to be identified. Opening of ICSI Latur Study Centre at Latur (Maharashtra) in pipeline.

SWOT of the Chapter Threats Physical constraints of current facilities at the Chapter Office. Oral Coaching is widely preferred by students with private classes due to having better quality of faculty & Infrastructure for classes are available. Most Students at Aurangabad have easy assessable to Pune City and many of them prefer to do classes at Pune for quality of study compared to Aurangabad City.

Strategy to increase registration Conduct of more Career Awareness program in interior areas which are yet to be tapped by the Chapter. To collect more Students data and email or call to counsel students for joining the CS Course. Providing registration facility at Chapter for proper guidance and for confidence building of Students. ICSI Study Centre can also contribute, provided they do much more activity for CS Course oriented from their side. Incentive base for each registration to CS Course will generate more provided it is open to all.

Strategy to increase registration ICSI Counsellors be asked for compulsory go for Student registration within one month period of the conduct of Counselling session. Participation in Mass media programs organized in collaborations with companies/ universities/ media groups etc. to give ICSI visibility amongst the public will do favour. All the members of the Chapter have been requested to guide the Students to join the CS Course those whoever come in contact with them in their area. More & more Law & Commerce Colleges of the regions have to be explored as they are having more potential.

Strategy to increase registration Coordinator of ICSI Jalgaon Study Centre has been asked to go for career awareness programs in suitable durations & provide oral coaching to CS Students at the study centre. In coordination with private coaching classes, those were conducting CS OTC can play a role in increasing the students registrations in each regions. As it is a distance mode of course, we can provide good virtual classes of renowned faculties to attract more and more students through Institute directly. Quality output is priority but the pass percentage has to be increased to attract more students to join the CS Course.

Month-wise micro controls to achieve the targets Conducted Career awareness Programme for create awareness about CS Course. Regular follow up of ICSI Counsellors as well as the activity undertaken by the Study Centre is done. Program information are distributed to outsider as well as we invite & share to participate in programs to generate interest for the CS Course among the company employees & other professionals too. We have requested the principals of the colleges in regular intervals to recommend their students to join the CS Course. Publication of program news in newspaper for wide publicity to generate interest of masses for the course is done.
