Introduction The smart phones and PDAs become increasingly strong in recent years. An increase in the numbers of children who suffer from hearing problems. To helps deaf child or hearing impaired development of language skills. Build application mobile to help him in the project.

Problem Definition Problem of no resources of learning deaf language Problem when the healthy human needs to learn deaf child Supporting Arabic and English languages such that it will have Mathematics, English, and Arabic language Helping the deaf child for all ages to learn the signs language for all aspects of their life.

Conclusion - The result of this project indicate that there is a big benefit for Deaf child and hearing impaired , Placing them on the first way to learn the language. - Building application mobile is easy to use and provides information in a fun way and fit the capabilities of deaf children and hearing impaired.
