‘The Edge’ Enrichment Options Choose EPQ or Pixl Edge – these will be timetabled You can do other enrichment options e.g D Of E, Young Enterprise etc These may take place after school and may also help you achieve the Pixl Edge Qualification. You can choose a combination of EPQ plus D of E etc Deadline Wed 14th Sept

Trinity Sixth Form Centre September 2016 Trinity Sixth Form Centre Always have a briefing for PM/ Appraisal as is now, at this time of year – particularly important this year because of the new legislation. Appraisal done well is a key tool for improving schools, through working on the development and performance of each person within it. Ofsted look at how well we do this. Look at egs of review docs. This is a key tool in your responsibility to improve Q of T This is the time for those courageous conversations JJ talked about. Need to prepare well for these. However closely you work with your team, if a conversation needs to be had, have to have it, fairly. Lots to go through; stop me and ask if it’s unclear. Some you will have heard before, but important to have a reminder

Private Study Lessons – not ‘free time’, you must be in school studying Punctuality – get here no later than 8.25am
